- Once a project has commenced or services have been initiated, no returns or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Advance Payments
- All advance payments made for projects or services are non-refundable.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring all requirements and expectations are communicated clearly before the project begins.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or errors made on our part. Such cases must be reported within 7 business days of the transaction.
4. Project Adjustments
- If adjustments or changes to the project scope are required after it begins, additional charges may apply, and no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
