Welcome to Digital Hawk Group. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Payment Terms

1.1 Development & Designing Services:

  • An 80% advance payment is required before initiating any development or designing project.
  • The remaining 20% is due upon project completion and final approval.

1.2 Recurring Services (Social Media, SEO, Ads, E-commerce Account Handling, etc.):

  • Payments for these services must be made 100% in advance at the start of each month.

1.3 Late Payments:

  • Services may be paused or delayed if payments are not received on time.

1.4 Non-Refundable:

  • Payments for services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Scope of Services
  • Services provided will strictly adhere to the agreed-upon scope outlined in the proposal or contract.
  • Any additional requirements beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

3. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide all necessary materials, approvals, and information promptly to avoid delays in service delivery.
  • Ensure content, files, or assets provided do not violate copyright or third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property
  • Upon full payment, all rights to deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials.

5. Confidentiality
  • We will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by the client and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

6. Service Termination
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice.
  • In case of termination, payments for completed work will not be refunded, and outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.

7. Liability
  • We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to unforeseen technical issues, third-party interruptions, or misuse of deliverables.

8. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes arising will first be addressed through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be settled in accordance with the legal jurisdiction of [Insert Location].

9. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
